I’m Christopher Jacobs — a Navy veteran, certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach with a passion for helping people build their strongest, healthiest selves. Build and Bite was born during a seven-month deployment, where I started meal prepping for fellow service members working to stay fit under pressure. What began as a way to support my shipmates turned into a mission to help others transform through training, mindset, and food.
With over 10 years of experience in nutrition and 5 years in personal training, I specialize in corrective exercise, strength development, and performance-based coaching for busy professionals. My approach blends intentional workouts with smart, sustainable eating to help you build more than muscle — we’re building confidence, energy, and a lifestyle that lasts.
